Let me introduce myself, name is Courtney Arango. I have had connections with the Real Estate Industry for 3 years, and have owned homes for over 10 years. I know how stressful it can be buying or selling a home. I am here to make this process as easy as possible for you.

I was born & raised in New York. I knew as a young child I wanted to live in sunny Florida with my father. I lived in South Florida for 10 years, mostly Miami. I decided to make a change in life & relocated to Port Orange in 2005. My children are in the Spruce Creek school system and thriving because it is an “A” rated school! We went from classroom settings of 36+ children to 18 per classroom! With low traffic & crime rates, my family and I find the small town atmosphere very refreshing. Believe me; we do not miss the South Florida traffic!
As a mother of 3 children with experience in the child care industry for so many years I am naturally a caring person who understands the stresses and pressures of life.

EXPERIENCE:
My experience is broad and varied. I have held several senior level management positions, including CEO/President of three different companies. My business experience and skills were developed as a CPA. I worked with a Big-4 accounting firm for nearly 10 years, working with industries ranging from small to multi-national. Much of my career has been in the travel industry as a senior executive for Carnival Cruise Line. I also, operated the Crystal Palace Hotel and Casino in the Bahamas, as well as operating my own business.
