Vacation rentals are available on a weekly basis- these properties are primarily ocean front condos and bungalows at the beach. These properties may also be rented on a seasonal basis, monthly or for part of the year.
The short term market is influenced by the large number of events that occur in our area such as Nascar races, Bike week, spring break, etc. Rates are higher during the event weeks. Prices are seasonal with the high season rates running from January thru August and the low season from September to December.
Long term rentals are also available, generally with single family houses within a 15 minute drive to the beach. The Orlando attractions such as Disney, Islands of Adventure are a short commute at say an hour or so. There are many other points of interest nearby including the Space Center, several natural springs, or venture to Casadaga and have your fortune told.
