Resort Highlights
Ginn Hammock Beach Resort is an ocean front resort with two championship golf courses, personal concierge, world-class dining, a luxurious spa with tennis courts, miles of beach, and a water park. Major events include the annual PGA Champions Tour Ginn Championship™ Golf Tournament, concerts and shows.
Resort Accommodations
Ginn Hammock Beach accommodations range from one to four bedroom condo suites, in eight different lodging complexes. The core of the resort complex is composed of three lodging units with the other five ranging in distance from 4 to 10 minutes away. Most of the condos have scenic ocean views or views of the golf course and/or the Intracoastal Waterway. The residences feature private patios and balconies, fully equipped kitchens and exquisite dining and living areas.
Golf
The Ocean Course is hosts the most successful event on the PGA Champions Tour, the Ginn Championship. The course features six holes right on the very edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The course is lauded for its charm and beauty and often mentioned as one of the country’s best resort courses.
The Conservatory, a Tom Watson Signature design, is comprised of 140 acres of dramatic elevation. The undulating greens are nestled among nearly 76 acres of manmade lakes and three water features. There is a natural water treatment system for two Carolina-style creeks that wind through the course culmination with a large stunning waterfall. It is a challenge to avoid 140 bunkers of coquina shell & white bunker sand.
Interestingly, Watson also added three sod-faced bunkers, showing his affinity for British links-style golf. In October 2008 the Ginn sur Mer will challenge classic PGA TOUR professional.
Spa
Spa is poised near unspoiled beaches and uses Pervonia Botanical products along with a wide arrangement of treatments including Swedish, warm stone, pre-natal massage, aroma therapy, and reflexology. From thalassotherapy products rich with minerals from the sea to coquina-laden scrubs, the Spa offers the very best.
Dining
Dining features fresh seafood, right off the boat, along with several unique dining
choices ranging from casual (bathing suit friendly) poolside cafe to the height of fine
dining:

Water Park
The 91,000 square foot water pavilion features a lazy river to float down,
or ride the twisting water slide. All ages are entertained with separate adult and
family pools, a swimming pool sized spa, a zero entry beach pool, beach volleyball, and
of course, a poolside bar. Adjacent to the water park entrance guests discover the
indoor pool complex. Enjoy the ultimate pool, the Atlantic Ocean with its unique pink
shell beach or catch a wave.
The Marina
The Marina at Yacht Harbor Village™ offers a luxury retreat on the Intracoastal
Waterway with accommodations and amenities in a unique private club setting.
Fitness Center & Studio
The luxury resort has state of the art equipment, both cardio and weight training, as
well as a professional wellness counselor. Check your email on the treadmill or watch
your favorite talk show on a screen built into the elliptical trainer. Classes feature
everything from spinning and aerobics to yoga and pilates.
Tennis
The tennis complex has eight lighted courts overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The open air tennis courts are Hydro-Grid clay.
Children activities
Kids Crew at Ginn Hammock Beach™ Resort was created just for guests ages 4-12 and
offers a myriad of activities from scavenger hunts and beach games to fun in the pool.
