The suites are beautiful and have granite counter tops, flat-screened TV's, stackable washer/dryers and high-quality furnishings. The stunning 22,000 sq. ft. Welcome Center features the hotel check-in facility, concierge and conference rooms. In a lush 20-acre setting, Floridays has spared no expense on amenities inside the units or outside. Each 2-bedroom Grand Suite at Floridays Resort Orlando offers 1,017 square feet of space so you have room to relax. These units also include a 68-square-foot balcony, perfect for enjoying the fantastic Florida weather. For a group vacation getaway, corporate gathering or family vacation, these units are as elegant as they are functional. Nightly rates quoted are based upon a maximum occupancy of six guests in a two-bedroom suite. Additional guests are $20 per person per night.

The Master Bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed, armoire with a 27" Large Screen TV, chaise lounge, nightstand and complete set of linens. The Second Bedroom – Includes two double beds, armoire with a 27" Large Screen TV, nightstand and complete set of linens. The Master Bath, which is directly off the master bedroom, has a ceramic tile floor, double-occupancy whirlpool tub, separate shower and granite countertops. The Second Bath features a ceramic tile floor, large bathtub with shower and granite countertops.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a self-cleaning oven, 20.9-cubic-foot refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Also includes a ceramic tile floor, granite countertops, wood cabinets, double sink and a decorative chandelier. Guests will find tableware, cookware and utensils to serve up to 8.

The living Room includes a sleeper sofa, armoire with 37" Flat Panel HD Plasma TV and DVD/CD players, 2 club chairs, coffee table and end tables, built-in desk and full draperies. The dining Room has a solid wood and glass dining table with six upholstered chairs and a decorative chandelier.

Phase I was completed in February of 2007. The current phase (phase II) broke ground in May of 2007 and is estimated to be completed near the end of 2009.
